Sea Bass Ceviche

This a continuation of my "Wishing it were summer!" marathon for a winter day.

1 pound sea bass, diced into 1/4" pieces
3/4 Cup of freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped fine
2 serrano chile peppers, seeded and diced
1/4 t of ground oregano
1 T olive oil
1 cup clam juice
salt to taste
white pepper to taste

Toss sea bass and lime juice together, and marinate 12 hours, refrigerated.

Combine in another bowl remaining ingredients, and mix together.  Add sea bass, and toss lightly with the remaining ingredients.  Serve garnished with a lime.
